What to Expect in a 1-Hour Mentor Coaching Session
- 0:00 – 0:05 | Start with Focus We’ll begin by checking in and setting an intention for the session, so you get exactly what you need from our time together.
- 0:05 – 0:20 | Reflect on Your Coaching You’ll share recent experiences from your coaching practice, and together we’ll explore what’s working well and where you’d like to grow.
- 0:20 – 0:40 | Targeted Feedback & Insights I’ll provide clear, competency-based feedback that connects directly to ICF standards, helping you strengthen your skills and sharpen your presence as a coach.
- 0:40 – 0:50 | Practice in Real Time We’ll role-play or work through scenarios so you can immediately apply new techniques and experience the difference in the moment.
- 0:50 – 1:00 | Wrap-Up with Action Steps You’ll leave each session with practical next steps and a clear focus for your continued growth—so you can build confidence and move closer to your ACC credential.
*As an ICF-ACC coach i can mentor coach those in their coaching programs as well as ACC level credentialing and renewals. I am NOT able to coach PCC and MCC levels for their credentialing nor renewals.
