Frequently Asked Questions
What happens in a mock interview session?
In 45 minutes we practice real interview questions live. You deliver your elevator pitch and success stories, and I give feedback on content, structure and delivery.
Can we practice for a specific job or company?
Yes. Share the job title or posting when you book and we will focus the questions on that role.
Do you help with video or AI-screened interviews?
Yes. We can practice for recruiter screens, video interviews and one-way recorded interviews, as well as panel and hiring-manager conversations.
Is it available in Spanish?
Yes. Sessions are available fully in Spanish or bilingual.
Can I reschedule or cancel my session?
Yes. Use the reschedule or cancel link in your confirmation email, at no cost. Your session is valid for 30 days from purchase, so please use it within that window.
What if I miss my session?
A missed session is forfeited. If you reach out within 24 hours of the original start time, we will rebook you once as a courtesy. Sessions end at the scheduled time, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a missed session.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. The only exception: if it becomes clear that you need therapy rather than coaching, your fee is refunded.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is a forward-focused partnership that helps you clarify goals, build skills and take action in your career, job search and workplace. It is not therapy, counseling or medical care, and it does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If it becomes clear during our session that you need therapy and I am not able to work with you, your session fee will be refunded, and I will encourage you to contact a licensed mental health professional.
