How does the live resume review work?
We meet on Google Meet for 45 minutes. I read your resume out loud with you, give line-by-line feedback, and help you turn your experience into clear achievement stories. You can share your screen and make changes as we go.
Do I need a new resume before booking?
No. Come as you are. We work with the resume you have today, even if it is outdated or incomplete.
How soon can I book?
Same-day and same-week sessions are offered when available. Pick a time on the calendar and pay securely by card to confirm.
What happens after this session?
This is Session 1 of the 4-session Professional Track. After the session, you will receive an email with the link to book your follow-up review, then interview preparation and live interview practice.
Can I reschedule or cancel my session?
Yes. Use the reschedule or cancel link in your confirmation email, at no cost. Your session is valid for 30 days from purchase, so please use it within that window.
What if I miss my session?
A missed session is forfeited. If you reach out within 24 hours of the original start time, we will rebook you once as a courtesy. Sessions end at the scheduled time, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a missed session.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. The only exception: if it becomes clear that you need therapy rather than coaching, your fee is refunded.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is a forward-focused partnership that helps you clarify goals, build skills and take action in your career, job search and workplace. It is not therapy, counseling or medical care, and it does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If it becomes clear during our session that you need therapy and I am not able to work with you, your session fee will be refunded, and I will encourage you to contact a licensed mental health professional.
